Terms and Conditions for Website for Ministry Subscription


1. Introduction

5. Subscription Plans

  • 5.1 We offer various subscription plans with different levels of service. Details of each plan can be found on our website.
  • 5.2 All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). For clients outside Malaysia, prices will be displayed and billed in United States Dollars (USD).


6. Payment

  • 6.1 Payment for our Services will be billed on a recurring basis as specified in the chosen subscription plan, in the selected currency.


7. Intellectual Property

  • 7.1 All intellectual property rights in our Services, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, are owned by the Company.


8. User Content

  • 8.1 Any content you provide to us, including text, images, and multimedia, remains your property. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display this content for the purpose of providing our Services.


9. Confidentiality

  • 9.1 We will maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared with us in the course of providing our Services.


10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice.

      • In the event of early termination of the contracted services, the customer shall be liable to pay an early termination fee.

      • The "Monthly Commitment" refers to the agreed-upon monthly fee for the provision of services, as specified in the signed contract or agreement.

      • The "Remaining Months" denotes the number of months left in the initial contracted term at the time of termination. This will be determined by deducting the elapsed months from the total contracted term.


    ​10.4. Request for Early Termination:

      • To initiate the early termination process, the customer must submit a written request to SHILL.ES. This request should include the reason for termination and any supporting documentation if required.


    ​10.5. Approval of Early Termination:

      • We reserves the right to approve or deny any early termination request at its sole discretion.


    ​10.6. Payment of Early Termination Fee:

      • Upon approval of the early termination request, you shall be invoiced for the calculated early termination fee.
      • The customer agrees to remit the early termination fee within [30 days] of receiving the invoice.


    ​10.7. Effect of Early Termination:

      • Upon payment of the early termination fee, We will cease providing services and any further obligations under the contract will be terminated.


    ​10.8. Refund of Prepaid Amounts:

      • If the customer has made any prepaid amounts for services beyond the termination date, We will refund the prorated portion.


    ​10.9. No Waiver of Other Rights:

      • The enforcement of this early termination clause does not waive any other rights or remedies available to SHILL.ES under the contract.


11. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • 11.1 We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of our Services.


12. Limitation of Liability

  • 12.1 In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.


13. Indemnification

  • 13.1 You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims arising out of your use of our Services.


14. Governing Law

  • 14.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, as well as the laws of the Client's respective country.
