Service Level Agreement (SLA) for Web Plans

1. Introduction

1.1 This Service Level Agreement ("SLA") outlines the terms and conditions under which SHILL.ES and Startups Venture ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") provides website design and maintenance services ("Services") to our clients.

2. Service Scope

2.1 The Services provided by the Company include website design, maintenance, and related offerings as described in the selected subscription plan.

3. Service Availability

3.1 The Company agrees to maintain a service availability of 99% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance.
3.2 Scheduled maintenance will be communicated to clients in advance, and will be performed during low-traffic hours whenever possible.

4. Response Times

4.1 For support requests, the Company will respond within 24 hours during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM MYT).
4.2 Emergency support requests will receive a response within 4 hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM MYT).

5. Service Delivery

5.1 The Company will deliver the Services according to the specifications outlined in the chosen subscription plan.
5.2 The client agrees to provide all necessary information, content, and approvals in a timely manner to facilitate service delivery.

6. Maintenance and Updates

6.1 The Company will perform regular maintenance checks to ensure the website's optimal performance.
6.2 Updates to the website, including content changes and design revisions, will be addressed according to the terms of the chosen subscription plan.

7. Security

7.1 The Company will take reasonable measures to protect the website against security breaches, including but not limited to regular security audits and updates.

8. Data Backups

8.1 The Company will perform regular backups of website data. Backups will be retained for a period of 30 days.

9. Payment and Billing

9.1 The client agrees to pay for the Services according to the terms outlined in the chosen subscription plan.

10. Termination

10.1 Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. The client may be responsible for any outstanding fees.

11. Confidentiality

11.1 The Company will maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared in the course of providing the Services.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

13. Governing Law

13.1 This SLA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, as well as the laws of the Client's respective country.

14. Changes to SLA

14.1 The Company reserves the right to modify this SLA at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients in advance.
