Refund Policy
By engaging in the services provided by SHILL.ES, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
Definitions
- "Client", "Customer", "You" refers to the individual or entity using the App.
- "Service Provider", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to SHILL.ES and/or Startups Venture.
- "App" refers to the Power App provided by SHILL.ES and/or Startups Venture.
1. Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds will only be issued in accordance with the terms outlined in this policy.
- Customers are eligible for a refund if they have met the criteria specified herein.
2. Initiation of Refund Request:
- To initiate a refund request, the customer must submit a written request to SHILL.ES. This request should include the reason for the refund and any supporting documentation if required.
3. Approval of Refund Request:
- We reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request at its sole discretion.
4. Refund Process:
- If the refund request is approved, we will process the refund within [30 days] of approval.
- Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.
5. Refund Amount:
- The refund amount will be determined based on the circumstances of the request and will be communicated to the customer upon approval.
6. Non-Refundable Items and Services:
- Certain items or services may not be eligible for a refund. These include but are not limited to:
- Customised solutions
- One-time setup fees
- Development fee
- Design fee
- Quarterly/half-yearly/yearly subscriptions
7. Refund for Early Termination:
- In the event of an early termination as per the Early Termination Terms and Conditions, any prepaid amounts for services beyond the termination date will be refunded on a prorated basis.
8. Communication of Refund Status:
- We will inform the customer of the status of their refund request in writing.
9. No Obligation for Future Refunds:
- The issuance of a refund under this policy does not imply an obligation to provide refunds for future transactions or requests.
10. Amendments to Refund Policy:
- We reserves the right to amend this refund policy at its discretion. Any such changes will be communicated to the customer in writing.
12. Governing Law:
- This refund policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the respective country where the client resides as well as the Laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
